As I was perusing the posts over at Together for the Gospel (see my links on the left), I came across a wonderful quote by Augustine as posted by Ligon Duncan. It pretty much sums it all up!
"If you believe what you like in the gospel, and reject what you don't like, it is not the gospel you believe, but yourself." (Augustine)
